I grew up in Marin County California and studied Art and Design at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley and College of Marin, Kentfield Ca.
I graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA Degree in Advertising, Design and Art. I also attended and received a degree from Computer Arts Institute of San Francisco.
I have been a contributing artist to the Marin City Art Scene. I displayed paintings at the Hannah Gallery and also worked on the Rocky Graham Park Mural with fellow artists, Melvin Atkins, and Nancy Peach. I taught art classes at the Martin Luther King academy elementary school, located in Marin City
Art can bring people together and illustrate things that people can relate to. If a painting is warm, the majority of the people will look at it and feel the warmth and enjoy it.
Art can be powerful in sending Social messages to society. Art makes you think, it expands your horizons and makes you use your imagination. People may see different things in the same painting.
“At some point in one’s life, you must be who you are“
I couldn’t be more proud to be one of the founding members of the ”MC Arts Gallery Collective” and displaying my paintings and artwork along with my fellow artist at the MC Arts Gallery, located at 190 Donahue St. suite B Marin City Ca.
“I am a Artist, always have been, always will be”!…
